Joanne has been working with clients to tackle complex performance challenges for more than 20 years.  She has a broad base of experience with products and services in all phases of the market life cycle, all major markets in North America and Europe, and in virtually every channel type over a broad range of industries. 

In 1992 Joanne established her own management consulting practice, focusing on key strategy, marketing and channel issues for her clients.  Prior to heading her own consulting practice, she was a principal for seven years with Frank Lynn & Associates, an international consulting firm that specializes in marketing and channel issues. Joanne has also served as vice president of marketing and sales for Viaticus, a financial services firm owned by CNA.

Her work has included clients such as Verisign, IBM, University of Michigan Hospitals and Health Centers, Blue Cross Blue Shield Association, AT&T, Motorola, SBC, Ameritech, CNA, Allen Bradley, Daimler Benz, Cable & Wireless, Siemens, Spraying Systems and Emerson Electric.

A graduate of University of Chicago, Joanne holds a Master of Business Administration degree, in addition to her Bachelor of Arts degree from Northwestern University.

An avid reader since a young age, Joanne was known as a child to read as many as 25 books a week.  Although her schedule doesn't allow for that volume of reading anymore, she still enjoys sitting down with a book in her free time.  She also enjoys needlepoint, traveling to beautiful cities and beaches (particularly Maui), and, most importantly, spending time with her family.
