Aveus uses a variety of ideation techniques and labs to draw out the best ideas.  We never show up and ‘deliver the answer’ without your team’s involvement. We always come in with the gathered facts, ideas and constructs from which, TOGETHER, we form the final answer. Regis would be proud.

Team Member Assignments:  Aveus team members often pair with key staff members to learn information, form recommendations for consideration by the whole team, and follow up on decisions made.

Milestone Workshops and Meetings:  In half to full day team working sessions we review information gathered, present team member assignments, and discuss and build agreement on key decisions.
