Aveus selected as first U.S. consulting firm to partner with Singapore Economic Development Centre

SAINT PAUL (May 23, 2011) — Aveus, the St. Paul-based global strategy and operational change firm, announces that it is the first U.S. consulting firm selected to partner with the Economic Development Centre at Singapore Manufacturers’ Federation (EDC@SMa). The organization provides resources to assist Singapore-based businesses grow and improve their operations through diagnostics and consultancy services.

Aveus was chosen as the EDC@SMa’s first U.S. consulting firm for its extensive experience in helping business leaders around the world improve their organizations’ Performance Chains to benefit financial results while strengthening customer experiences. Aveus defines the Performance Chain as the things, people, and ideas that have to move from the split second demand is triggered to the time there is cash in the bank.

As an EDC@SMa associate consultant, Aveus will work with the organization’s clients, helping business leaders to diagnose and build speed, predictability, flexibility and leverage of people and capital within each part of – and across – their organizations. Aveus has already presented at two SMa seminars on Lean Six Sigma and productivity to leaders across a variety of sectors, including food manufacturing, logistics and contract manufacturing.
