Multi-billion dollar energy provider 

Challenge: After implementing major enterprise-wide technology changes across tens of thousands of employees, how can leaders in a multi-billion dollar energy company increase employee satisfaction and decrease the work disruption technology changes bring?  

Methodology:  

Aveus helped this leader team plan, design, implement, and digest enterprise change to maximize organization performance while enhancing their employee’s experience with new technology. We:

• Assessed the organization’s readiness for technology change, using stakeholder interviews and a review of past technology outcomes and future plans.
• Led ideation and mapping sessions to determine the global across-projects impact on employees and their work. A target “employee-customer” experience map was created.
• Translated the employee-customer experience into a straw model of the technical and people actions necessary for successful technology change.
• Created a "playbook" of change-readiness and technology management tools to ensure the knowledge gained from this project could be applied to future change efforts.
• Provided coaching and editing for immediate enterprise-wide projects, using new change management strategies and tools in "real" time.
