Knowledge applied for positive result

What consulting firm doesn't claim expertise?

The dictionary defines expertise as "the special skill or knowledge one possesses." There is the old joke: “An ‘expert’ is someone sharing their opinions 1,000 miles from home.”

We take expertise seriously. Just having it is fairly useless. Talking about it without results is what gives consultants a bad name. We believe in knowledge applied for a positive result. That’s our definition of expertise.

Learn more about our specific areas of expertise:

Strategy: Too often a plan is created with enthusiasm, then left to atrophy on a shelf. Done well a strategy sets a clear direction, guides transformational work, and identifies capabilities for future strength and performance.

Customer experience: When customer experience is reduced to service concepts, it is important, but of limited value. We know customer experience as a driver of financial performance: defined and executed well, customer experience yields a variety of great payoffs.

Performance Chain™ excellence: The theories and concepts are well-known and often poorly applied. We see your performance chain as a system that captures and delivers value. We use diagnostics, research and Lean as tools to diagnose and define opportunities to meet your greatest performance challenges.

Transformation: Change that pays is always harder than anticipated. Where the hard work begins and when most consultants leave, we stick around. We drive changes through to the end when the efforts are clear and the outcomes documented.
